Product Features:
1. The beam saw machine is equipped with a CNC-controlled carriage clamping and feeding system, providing high-speed material transfer, precise positioning, and stable feeding performance throughout the machining process.
2. The equipment utilizes three high-speed BT40 spindle units to simultaneously process the three surfaces of H-beam sections. Equipped with carbide cutting tools, the spindle speed can reach up to 3,000 rpm, delivering high machining efficiency, excellent drilling quality, and superior processing performance. The chips generated during drilling are automatically transported and discharged through an integrated chain-type chip conveyor system, ensuring a clean and efficient working environment.

3. The CNC beam drilling production line adopts an advanced mist cooling system with both internal and external coolant supply functions. Each drilling spindle unit is equipped with an independent external cooling nozzle and internal coolant connection port, allowing flexible selection of internal cooling, external cooling, or combined cooling modes according to different drilling requirements.
4. An optional Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) system can be integrated according to customer requirements. This automated tool replacement function eliminates manual tool changing operations, significantly reduces auxiliary time, and improves overall production efficiency.

5. The beam drilling machine can be optionally equipped with a hydraulic CNC rotary disc marking system. Driven by a high-precision servo motor, the marking disc automatically indexes and selects among 36 different characters, enabling fast, accurate, and reliable marking operations for structural steel components.
6. The integrated automatic scribing and tapping functions effectively replace traditional manual layout and marking procedures. The scribing unit accurately generates welding reference lines on H-beam flanges and webs for subsequent fabrication processes, reducing labor requirements while improving processing accuracy and production efficiency. In addition, the tapping function enables direct thread machining on H-beam flanges and webs, further enhancing overall manufacturing productivity.

7. During material feeding and machining operations, all workpiece clamping actions—including longitudinal lifting, lateral positioning, clamping fixation, and release—are fully controlled by the hydraulic system. This advanced hydraulic clamping structure ensures secure workpiece holding, reliable operation, and excellent machining stability throughout continuous production.
8. The control system integrates an industrial computer with a PLC-based CNC control platform, utilizing high-quality core components from internationally recognized manufacturers. Multiple programming methods are available to simplify program creation and editing. Structural data generated by third-party CAD systems, including AutoCAD and TEKLA Structures, such as DXF and DSTV files, can be directly imported into the system, enabling seamless integration with modern digital manufacturing workflows.
