Product features:
1. The production line selects the upper front belly hole as the positioning hole for wing face processing,achiev- ing reliable,efficient,flexible,and fully automatic punching of equal cross-section longitudinal beams,which has a high cost performance ratio.
2. Automatic measurement and accuracy compensation of the shape error of longitudinal beams; Well config- ured and controlled by Siemens CNC system from Germany to improve reliability; Dual channel control,high processing efficiency; Filter type stamping,the longitudinal beam only moves forward but not backward.
3. 25 molds with different diameters can be installed, and the installation is quick and convenient.
4. The uploading, punching and downloading of the plate are completed automatically, thereby reducing the work intensity.
5. Automatic output and collection of waste.
6. The automatic programming software can directly call the graphics of AUTOCAD or the graphics in .DXF format generated by other CAD software, and complete the automatic generation of machine tool processing programs through a friendly human-machine interface, saving time and without errors.
