Processing Speed: The standard cycle time for cold pressing is 10 seconds per operation, while the heating phase lasts 120 seconds per cycle (depending on the material type and workpiece specifications). The workpiece is processed once the heating temperature reaches 800°C (or a red-hot state), with the precise temperature and bending angle determined by the material and specific requirements.
8. Throughout both the heating and processing stages, parameters are pre-set, and the cycle is initiated either by pressing the start button or engaging the footswitch. The process consists of fully automated heating, followed by completion of the heating phase, pressing the workpiece, raising the head, and removing the processed workpiece.
9. During both the heating and cold pressing phases, parameters are pre-set, enabling immediate cold pressing without requiring the pressing head to return to its starting position. The lower pressing mold elevates by 100mm, ensuring the smooth removal of the workpiece while maintaining high operational efficiency.
