Product Composition:
This machine is primarily composed of a transverse conveyor, a rotating loading system, an infeed conveyor, a CNC infeed carriage, a punching unit, a marking unit, a cutting unit, an unloading conveyor, as well as hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems, among other essential components.

1. The machine is an integrated system combining mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
2. Each of the two wings of the angle steel is equipped with a drilling power head. Each power head includes a tool magazine, which can hold up to four tools. The tool magazine is optional. All holes on both wings of the angle steel can be processed in a single pass.
3. The drilling spindle utilizes a high-precision BT40 spindle.
4. The drilling spindle is capable of clamping both twist drills and carbide drills, offering a broad range of applications.
5. The quasi-distance can be set freely, and there is no limitation on the number of punching rows.
6. The marking unit features a closed-bed structure, ensuring excellent rigidity. The upper marking box allows for four groups of selectable programming, with the marking distance being fully adjustable.
7. The control system comprises a host computer, servo motor, PLC, external detection sensors, and other essential components.
8. The CNC feeding carriage is powered by a servo motor, ensuring high positioning accuracy.
9. Multiple input methods are available, including keyboard and mouse input, USB interface, and network interface. The data can be directly generated by 3D or 2D software.
10. The primary electrical control components, as well as the hydraulic and pneumatic components, are sourced from imported high-quality accessories.
11. The system includes G-code software that can directly convert CAD drawings into executable machine instructions.
12. A graphical display of the processed parts is provided.
13. The machine is equipped with a self-diagnosis function for fault detection.
