Product Features:
1. High degree of automation. The production line is equipped with automatic loading device (transverse feeding channel and rotating loading frame), automatic discharging device and automatic feeding device, all the holes and steel mark markings on the angle can be processed through the production line at one time, and the processing does not require manual assistance, which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of worker
(1) The frame and base plate are made of high-quality structural steel (Q345) welded components, and the whole machine conforms to the standards related to General Technical Conditions for CNC System of Machine Tools, Technical Conditions for Welded Parts of Forging and Pressing Machinery, Technical Conditions for Metal Cutting Machine Tools, and General Principles for Precision Inspection of Forging and Pressing Machinery;
(2) The welding quality of each welded part of the equipment meets the relevant requirements of JB/T8609, and the length and spacing of the interrupted welds are consistent;
(3) The forged parts should not have defects such as interlayer, folding, cracks, sand holes, air holes and so on;
(4) All welded metal components, cast (forged) parts such as fuselage, table, base, cylinder block, etc. Are tempered to eliminate internal stress;
(5) Important forgings, welds and castings are inspected by flaw detection and internal defects and cracks are not allowed. The relevant standards are met;
2. The typing unit adopts closed body with high strength and stable body. The printing unit has a bed support fixed on the machine base, a moving bed, and a hydraulic-powered press head word box. According to the instruction from the computer, printing is carried out at the position required by the drawing. In order to meet the processing range of the machine also added a manual adjustment mechanism, using which can change the downward position of the mobile body (i.e., the position of the word head) in order to adapt to the typing position of different specifications of the angle.
3. The positional accuracy of the hole making is high. The feeding device of this production line is driven by servo motor, driven by gear and rack, and is equipped with detecting rack and gear, and detecting encoder for positional accuracy feedback, which constitutes a full closed-loop control; the movement of the drilling power head in the direction of the two flanks of the angle steel is driven by servo motor, driven by ball screw, which guarantees the high accuracy of the position of the holes on the angle steel work pieces.
