Product Features:
1. The machine is equipped with a sophisticated CNC control system integrated with a touchscreen Human–Machine Interface (HMI), allowing operators to easily configure processing parameters, monitor production in real time, and view machine status. This intelligent control solution simplifies operation while enhancing overall production efficiency and process management.
2. Advanced ultrasonic induction heating technology is employed to provide fast, energy-efficient, and environmentally responsible heating performance. The system improves production throughput, reduces energy consumption, and supports modern sustainable manufacturing requirements.
3. Designed as a multifunctional integrated forming solution, the equipment performs multiple processing operations without the need for additional tooling or dedicated forming dies. This integrated configuration minimizes setup time, lowers tooling investment, and increases manufacturing flexibility.
4. Utilizing precision CNC positioning technology, the machine provides accurate control of bending angles and forming dimensions, ensuring consistent product quality, repeatable machining accuracy, and enhanced production efficiency.
5. The equipment features an independent hydraulic power station combined with a fully integrated electrical control system, providing dependable performance, improved operational safety, simplified maintenance, and excellent suitability for continuous industrial manufacturing.
6. The cold-forming function is designed for angle steel sections up to L100 × L100 × 10 mm, provided the required bending angle is 5° or less, ensuring precise deformation while maintaining excellent dimensional stability and product consistency.
7. Under normal operating conditions, the average cold-forming cycle is approximately 10 seconds per workpiece, whereas thermal bending generally requires around 120 seconds, depending on the material specification and workpiece dimensions. Hot forming begins after the workpiece reaches approximately 800°C (red-hot condition), with heating parameters automatically adjusted according to material characteristics and bending requirements.
8. During hot-forming operations, operators preset the required processing parameters and initiate the automatic cycle using either the start button or the foot switch. The machine then automatically completes the entire forming sequence, including induction heating unit positioning, controlled heating, automatic heater retraction, hydraulic forming, ram return, and finished workpiece discharge.
9. In the combined hot- and cold-forming mode, machining begins immediately after processing parameters are entered. The hydraulic ram remains in its working position while the lower forming die automatically lifts approximately 100 mm, enabling rapid removal of finished parts, shortening cycle time, and significantly increasing production efficiency.
The demonstration workpieces are produced by the*CNC Angle Steel Punching, Marking, and Cutting Production Line in accordance with the standard specifications and manufacturing practices widely adopted in the transmission tower industry. These representative samples allow customers, engineers, and quality inspectors to evaluate machining accuracy, dimensional precision, surface finish, and overall processing quality, clearly demonstrating the machine's capability to meet the demanding manufacturing requirements of transmission tower fabrication.
