1. CNC Feeding Carriage
The CNC feeding carriage is composed of a servo-driven transfer carriage, hydraulic clamping assembly, clamping cylinder, oscillating cylinder, servo motor, and related drive components. During operation, the carriage moves along dual high-precision linear guide rails installed on the feeding conveyor, delivering outstanding positioning accuracy, smooth travel, low noise levels, and dependable material feeding performance.
2. Feeding Conveyor
The feeding conveyor is constructed with an integrally formed heavy-duty steel base featuring a non-welded structural design to provide superior rigidity and load-carrying capacity. High-quality branded bearings are fitted as standard, while the conveyor rollers are engineered for exceptional strength and long service life. Its optimized structure ensures stable, continuous, and reliable transportation of angle steel into the processing zone.
3. Horizontal Material Transfer Table

4. Marking Station
The marking unit consists of a rigid support frame, movable working platform, hydraulic marking head, and a four-position hydraulic cylinder assembly. 5. Punching Station
Each side of the punching unit is equipped with three punching positions capable of accommodating punches of different diameters. 6. Shearing Unit
The cutting module adopts a heavy-duty single-blade shearing mechanism designed for processing both angle steel and channel steel. 7. Outfeed Conveyor
The discharge conveyor is assembled with conveying rollers, support rollers, and optional single-side or double-side pneumatic turnover cylinders. 8. Hydraulic Power Unit
