Product Features:
1. The machine is equipped with an advanced CNC control platform integrated with a touchscreen Human–Machine Interface (HMI), enabling convenient parameter setting, real-time process monitoring, and continuous equipment status display. 3. Designed as a comprehensive multi-function forming system, the machine performs a variety of processing operations without requiring additional tooling or dedicated forming dies. This integrated design reduces setup time, minimizes tooling costs, and provides greater production flexibility.
4. Utilizing high-precision CNC positioning and motion control technology, the machine accurately regulates bending angles and forming dimensions, ensuring excellent product consistency, repeatable machining accuracy, and higher manufacturing productivity.

6. The cold-forming capability is suitable for processing angle steel sections up to L100 × L100 × 10 mm, provided the required bending angle does not exceed 5°. This ensures accurate forming while maintaining superior dimensional precision and consistent product quality.
7. Under standard operating conditions, the average cold-forming cycle is approximately 10 seconds per workpiece, while thermal forming typically requires around 120 seconds, depending on material specifications and workpiece dimensions. Hot bending commences once the workpiece reaches approximately 800°C (red-hot condition), with heating parameters automatically optimized according to material properties and specified bending requirements.
8. During thermal forming operations, operators preset the required processing parameters and activate the automatic cycle using either the start button or a foot switch. The equipment then automatically performs the complete forming sequence, including induction heating unit positioning, controlled heating, automatic withdrawal of the heating assembly, hydraulic pressing, ram retraction, and finished workpiece unloading.
9. In the combined hot- and cold-forming mode, production begins immediately after the processing parameters have been entered. The hydraulic ram remains at its working position while the lower forming die automatically rises approximately 100 mm, allowing rapid removal of the finished workpiece, reducing cycle time, and significantly improving overall production efficiency.
The demonstration workpieces are produced by the*CNC Angle Steel Punching, Marking, and Cutting Production Line in accordance with the standard specifications and manufacturing practices widely adopted in the transmission tower industry. These representative samples allow customers, engineers, and quality inspectors to evaluate machining accuracy, dimensional precision, surface finish, and overall processing quality, clearly demonstrating the machine's capability to meet the demanding manufacturing requirements of transmission tower fabrication.
